Chapter 55 is the second chapter of the tenth volume and the overall fifty-fifth chapter of the Fruits Basket manga series, written and illustrated by Natsuki Takaya.
Summary[]
Kisa and Hiro arrive at the beach, and the place gets even livelier than before. Hiro makes some ignorant remarks about Tohru's attachment about her mother, in which Hiro and Kisa get into a fight. Meanwhile, Tohru struggles to cope with her mother's death. While Kisa and Hiro manage to make up with each other after their quarrel, Tohru is still out of sorts.
