This dojo is owned by the Sohma family and is located near the main house. It is run by Kazuma Sohma, with Kunimitsu Tomoda acting as his personal assistant.

The Sohma dojo is run by Kazuma Sohma, who lives there as well. He is a teacher who has taught several of the Sohma children martial arts, including Kyo Sohma. During a long period of time, Kazuma and Kyo lived together in the dojo, as aside from being a training ground and a dojo, it is an inhabitable house as well.
Throughout the series, many people have visited the dojo and Kazuma, it being some kind of safe space and meeting center for the children. Kyo and Tohru Honda regularly visits the dojo and Kazuma, while people like Kagura Sohma and Hatsuharu Sohma occasionally checks in. Isuzu Sohma sometimes stays in Kazuma's dojo extended periods of time when she wants her own space; in fact, she often stayed at the dojo when she was younger because she was kicked out and rejected by her parents.
Towards the end, it is revealed that Saki Hanajima has been hired as a cook for the dojo, presumably because Kazuma is not a very good cook. Kyo also expresses his wish to take over Kazuma's dojo once he is older and has more experience.
In Fruits Basket Another, Hajime Sohma mentions that Kazuma, who still is in great shape, is running the dojo since Kyo, Tohru, and the rest of their children are living in the countryside for the time being.

- It is mentioned that Rin used to live in the Sohma dojo while Kazuma and Kyo also did so. At some point, Kyo was jealous of Rin since he was afraid that she would take Kazuma away from him.
